You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or submit a request. By submitting information about a property, you represent that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. No Guarantee of Offer

Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee that we will make an offer or purchase your property. Offers, when made, are based on information you provide and our independent evaluation, and may be withdrawn or revised prior to a signed agreement.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking the consent box on our form or by texting us), you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Home Offer Solutions regarding your property inquiry, offers, scheduling, and transaction updates.
